2. License & Usage

Upon purchase, Tholvi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited perpetual license to use the Products according to the following terms:

Your license is perpetual (does not expire). However, it is strictly tied to you as the verified purchaser and cannot be transferred or sublicensed to another person or entity.

3. Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reselling or redistributing our Products (as standalone items or as part of a package).
• Sharing download links, unlisted course videos, or raw files with others who have not purchased a license.
• Using Products to create templates, courses, or themes for direct resale.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code or DRM watermarks.
• Claiming ownership or copyright over our original design files or course lessons.

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate revocation of your license and account, and may result in legal action under Indian copyright law.

4. Payments & Pricing

All transactions are processed securely through certified payment partners (Razorpay / Stripe) in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Account & Security Responsibilities

When purchasing or accessing courses on Tholvi.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and magic login links. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hellotholvi@gmail.com.
