01What kind of online courses and digital products does THOLVI offer?
THOLVI brings practical online education and digital resources together in one place. We offer hands-on video courses (such as complete masterclasses in graphic design, mobile AI tools, and creative production) alongside production-ready digital products including UI templates, developer boilerplates, design systems, and creative media assets. Everything is curated to help you learn real skills and build projects faster.
02How do I access video courses after purchasing?
Course access is instant and automatic. As soon as your payment is verified, your account is linked to your registered email address. You can log in to your Customer Dashboard at any time to stream lessons on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. Course video access is self-paced and permanent.
03How are downloadable digital files delivered?
Digital files (such as ZIP archives, vector assets, JSON design tokens, or PDF guides) become available immediately on your order completion screen. You can also re-download your files anytime by signing in to your account and visiting /account/products. All downloads are delivered via secure, verified links.
04Can I use purchased digital products for commercial and client projects?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted on a specific product page, all THOLVI digital products include a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license. You are free to use the assets to create finished deliverables for your own business or paying clients. However, you cannot resell, repackage, sub-license, or redistribute the original source files as standalone items.
05What payment methods are supported on THOLVI?
We support all major Indian payment methods through our 256-bit SSL encrypted Razorpay payment gateway. You can pay using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, CRED), Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and NetBanking across all major Indian banks in Indian Rupees (INR).
06Is there a THOLVI mobile app available?
Yes! The official THOLVI mobile app is available on both the Apple App Store (for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Silicon Macs) and Google Play Store (for Android phones and tablets, package com.tholvi.app). Both apps allow you to watch recorded masterclass lessons, access study resources, and learn on the go with zero ads.
07What is your refund policy?
Because THOLVI provides immediate access to digital video courses and irrevocable downloads of source files, purchases are non-refundable once content has been accessed. We do, however, honor refunds for valid exception cases—such as accidental duplicate transactions or technically corrupted download archives that our team cannot resolve within 3 days of purchase.
