All products on Tholvi.com are instant digital downloads and online video masterclasses. Once purchased and accessed, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
1. Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once you gain access to downloadable source files, templates, or streaming lessons, you have permanent possession of the content. This policy protects our intellectual property and guarantees fair compensation for our creator studio.
To ensure complete confidence before purchasing, we provide detailed previews, syllabus breakdowns, lesson counts, and video samples on every single product page.
2. Valid Exception Cases Where Refunds Are Granted
Refunds are evaluated and provided strictly in the following verified circumstances:
You were accidentally charged twice for the same product due to a network glitch. Provide both transaction IDs for immediate verification and reversal.
A downloaded archive file is corrupted, unreadable, and cannot be resolved by our technical support team after assistance.
